We've put together this worksheet to help you capture your vision for the project. Think of this document as a business plan for your website. The more information you can give us, the better we'll be able to respond.

In order of importance (most important first) what are the business objectives for your site
 (e.g., improving sales rate, increase customer satisfaction, reduce time searching)

Outline any ideas for features you have for your site. How do these features support your business goals and the goals of your user?

Content of the site

Please include draft of the site map (i.e. list of all items in the navigation). Later we can work on this together and change it.

List all elements (i.e. sections) you want to have on your home page. If you have copy for these sections (e.g. strap line, introduction etc.), please include it here.

Description of the tone

What visual impression do you want the site to give? You may find that providing a list of descriptive terms is easiest e.g. professional, structured, rich in content, heavyweight, data-rich or clean, smart, uncluttered, friendly etc.

Please identify and provide the key offline materials that best represent your house style and that should inform the site design.

Place comments and URLs for any sites that will help to explain what you are trying to achieve in the design of the new site.

Tell us a bit about your competition. Who are the runners and riders in your field (including their website addresses)? What works for them? What doesn\'t?

Do you have an online photo gallery? Do you have a particular style for images i.e. size and /or composition? Please reference any of your offline material, which use potential images. Please also reference any websites and give reasons why.
